The Seattle Seahawks engineered a stunning fightback to defeat the Rams in overtime, securing their spot in the NFL play-offs.
Rallying from a sixteen-point deficit in the final period, the Seattle squad emerged victorious 38-37 at home, registering their fifth consecutive victory.
While the Rams had already secured a playoff berth earlier on Sunday, the Seahawks booked their return to the play-offs after a two-year absence.
With this result, the Seahawks now lead their division's race with a 12-3 record, replacing the Rams, who fell to the number five seed with an 11-4 standing.

Signal-caller Sam Darnold had two interceptions but regrouped to make two scoring throws, including the tying score to star receiver Smith-Njigba in overtime.
The Rams held a 13-7 advantage at half-time before Walker burst through for a 55-yard touchdown run for the home side.
Los Angeles defensive back Wallace then took back Darnold's initial interception for 56 yards, leading to a short score by Blake Corum on the next play.
In the final stanza, a touchdown from Matthew Stafford to Puka Nacua extended the advantage to sixteen points, but Rashid Shaheed ignited Seattle's comeback with a 58-yard punt return.
